Having sufficient sleeping is important for us as what taking healthy food and exercising are. If we don't sleep enough, we will do bad on our work or schol life because we are hard to pay attention on things. Both our body and mind feel tiresome. Bad sleeping will cause we to feel sleepy easily and the situation sometimes is fatal. For example, if the
flighter pilot feels tired, he or she might feel asleep while he or she is on duty, which may cause seriou results, and make hundreds of people could die. Remeber forever that, for people who want to lead a longer and healthy life, it is important to eat right, and have enough exercising and sleeping.

When I feel blue, I listen to music. I'll soon be in a good mood. As the saying goes, "Laughter is the best medicine." In my view, however, music is the best medicine. I don't have certain taste for music, so I enjoy every kind of music that sounds good. But, generally speaking, I prefer listening to Jazz because of its wonderful melody that can make you relax. After a long hard-working day, I especially like to stay in my living room and be washed out my tire and pressure by the great music. What else is better than listening to music?
